From a Family Kitchen to Vancouver's Favorite Round Table

Round table pizza was born in 2009 from a simple but powerful idea: bring people together around a shared meal. Founders Marco and Elena Rosetti started with a single wood-fired oven, a handful of family recipes, and an unwavering belief that great pizza starts with great ingredients. What began as a neighborhood gem on NE 81st St quickly became a beloved Vancouver institution.

Over fifteen years, we have welcomed thousands of families, date nights, birthday parties, and business lunches. Our commitment to the round table concept means every seat is equal — every guest deserves the same warm hospitality and exceptional flavor. We source produce from regional farms, mill our own flour blend, and hand-stretch every dough ball fresh each morning.

2009

The First Oven Is Lit

Marco and Elena open the doors of Round table pizza at 616 NE 81st St with a 12-table dining room, one wood-fired oven, and a dream to bring authentic Neapolitan pizza to Vancouver, WA.

2011

Vancouver's Best New Restaurant

Just two years in, Round table pizza earns recognition as Vancouver's Best New Restaurant by the Clark County Food Awards — validating the community's love for our craft.

2013

Dining Room Expansion

We double our seating capacity and add a dedicated private dining area for events and catering, allowing us to host birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate gatherings.

2016

Online Ordering Launches

We launch online ordering and delivery, making Round table pizza accessible to more families across Vancouver and the greater Pacific Northwest region.

2019

Farm-to-Table Partnership Program

We formalize partnerships with six Pacific Northwest farms, committing to source at least 80% of our fresh produce locally — a promise to our guests and our region.

2022

Second Wood-Fired Oven Added

To meet growing demand and reduce wait times, we install a second imported Italian oven — allowing us to fire twice as many pizzas without compromising a single degree of quality.

2024

50,000 Customers Served

A milestone we celebrate with humility and gratitude: 50,000 customers have pulled up a chair at our round table. We honor this achievement by giving back to the Vancouver Food Bank.

Our kitchen is the soul of Round table pizza. Every morning at 7 AM, our team arrives to prep fresh dough, slice vegetables, and prepare house-made sauces. No frozen shortcuts. No pre-packaged toppings. Everything you taste was made that day, for you.

We believe in the craft of pizza making. Our dough proofs for a minimum of 48 hours for maximum flavor and digestibility. Our tomato sauce uses San Marzano DOP tomatoes. And our mozzarella? Made fresh in-house every single morning.
